Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Coriander powder to taste
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Butter for frying
  • 2 slices of bread toast
  • 1 slice of pesto cheese
  • 1 slice of cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Break 2 eggs into a bowl.
  • Add a pinch of salt to the eggs.
  • Mix in black pepper, coriander powder, and garlic powder.
  • Heat butter in a pan.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the pan.
  • Soak 2 slices of toast in the egg mixture in the pan.
  • Turn the toast to coat the other side.
  • Flip the egg and toast to cook the other side.
  • Place a slice of pesto cheese and cheddar cheese on each toast.
  • Fold the egg edges over the toast.
  • Stack the toasts to make a sandwich.
