Ingredients
  

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ½ tsp paprika powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 slice of toast
  • 1 hot dog sausage
  • Cooking oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • 01: Crack three eggs into a bowl.
  • 02: Season with a pinch of salt, and half a teaspoon each of paprika, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  • 03: Cut out a square from the center of a slice of toast.
  • 04: Slice a hot dog sausage into thin rings.
  • 05: Lightly fry the sausage rings in a pan on low heat.
  • 06: Place the toast in the pan and add sausage rings into the square cut-out.
  • 07: Pour the egg mixture over the toast and sausages in the pan.
  • 08: Dip the removed square of toast into the egg mixture.
  • 09: Flip the egg and toast to cook the other side.
  • 10: Trim the cooked egg to fit the toast and reassemble.
  • 11: Stack the prepared toasts to serve.
